Pete joined Oxford Science Enterprises in July 2019.
Pete provides strategic property support to portfolio companies, advising on availability, specification, programme and budget, and is responsible for managing OSE’s property portfolio – laboratory and office space for early-stage companies.
Pete also manages various elements of internal OSE operations, leads the Diversity & Inclusion team and is a member of the ESG working group.
Prior to OSE, Pete was a Partner at Bidwells, a property consultancy with a focus on the science and technology sector. Before this, he was a Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, an international property consultancy, where he advised Deutsche Bank, GSK and Sony. He has also worked with corporate clients for BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Pete holds a BA in French and Italian from Bristol University, a post-graduate diploma in Land Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
