Sive joined Oxford Science Enterprises in June 2020. She works closely with the investment team on deal structuring, negotiation and execution of investments and advises the team on a range of other corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to OSE, Sive worked at a London based law firm where she spent majority of her time advising leading venture capital firms on their investments.
Sive holds a LLM in Corporate Law from UCL and LLB in Law from the University of Southampton.
