Sarah joined Oxford Science Enterprises in January 2022. Se has over 20 years of experience building the boards and senior leadership teams of innovative, fast growth companies.
Sarah focusses on developing OSE’s talent strategy across sectors to drive value creation in the portfolio. She advises our companies on all talent related issues, attracts high performing executive and non-executive leadership to our portfolio companies and expands OSE’s international network of entrepreneurs, executives and advisors. Sarah also spearheads OSE’s external communications and marketing activities.
Sarah began her career as a US Government economist and trade negotiator working closely with the computer and biopharmaceutical industries. After moving into executive search, where she led search and assessment projects for Life Sciences, PE/VC and technology teams at global and boutique firms, she joined the investment firm Abingworth, as Partner for Marketing and Talent.
Sarah holds a BA in International Relations from Pomona College, California, and an MA in Public Affairs from Princeton University.
