Sive Ozer
Head of Legal, Investing
As Head of Legal – Investing, Sive works closely with the investment team on deal structuring, negotiation and execution of investments, and advises the team on a range of other legal and strategic matters.
Prior to OSE, Sive worked at a London-based law firm, where she spent the majority of her time advising leading venture capital firms on their investments. Sive has a master’s degree in Corporate Law from UCL.
