Rachel McKee
Senior People Advisor
Rachel owns and evolves the day-to-day delivery of the employee lifecycle at Oxford Science Enterprises. She oversees key aspects of the People team’s operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll and wellbeing. She acts as a trusted advisor to the team on day-to-day People matters and supports wider people priorities such as engagement, learning and development and reporting.
She joined in 2022 and has eight years of HR experience, including building and refining HR functions. Prior to OSE, Rachel worked in the University of Oxford’s Medical Sciences Division.
She is an Associate Member of the CIPD.She is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
