Peter Weston-Smith

Peter brings first-hand health system insight to portfolio growth. A former doctor, he contributes clinical and strategic expertise to investment reviews and company building.
He joined in 2024 from Bain & Company, where he advised Private Equity clients on commercial due diligence and value creation across healthcare investments. Prior to Bain, Peter trained and worked as a medical doctor at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
Peter holds a BSc in Medical Sciences and Management from Imperial College London and an MBBS in Medicine from Norwich Medical School.
