Matthew Hunt
Legal Counsel
Matthew supports the investment team on structuring, negotiating and executing investments, as well as advising on portfolio management and general legal matters.
Before joining OSE in May 2025, he was Interim Head of Legal at an early-stage, European-based venture capital firm. Prior to that, he held roles at Salesforce Ventures and in private practice advising on venture capital transactions for both investors and companies.
