Lilly Bussmann
Head of Strategic Capital
Lilly leads strategic capital at Oxford Science Enterprises, shaping bespoke fundraising strategies to help portfolio companies secure investment from global partners. She works closely with founders to refine positioning, prepare investor-ready materials, and navigate complex fundraising processes.
Lilly rejoined OSE in 2021 – she was previously a founding Principal. In between, she was a Partner at RT Ventures, backing companies including Oxford Nanopore and E-Therapeutics, and has also worked at Mosaic Ventures and Lansdowne Partners.
She holds a BA in PPE from the University of Oxford, supported by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.
