Liliane leads investments and early company builds at the intersection of technology and medicine, with a focus on clinical diagnostics and medical devices.
She draws on more than 15 years of experience in scientific research, technology integration into health systems and global health policy.
Before joining Oxford Science Enterprises in December 2019, she worked with the World Health Organization, United Nations and UK-led international efforts evaluating and implementing technologies to improve access to remote care in indigenous and refugee communities. She co-ordinated global guidance on digital health for metabolic diseases and advised on technology-enabled national medical education reform. In her roles, she worked across in 12 countries and national health systems.
Liliane completed her PhD in Human Genetics at the University of Oxford as a Canadian Rhodes Scholar.
