Lauren Laing
Senior Associate, HealthTech
Lauren supports the creation of new businesses, bringing a background in technology consulting and experience helping HealthTech startups bring innovations to market.
She joined Oxford Science Enterprises in May 2024 – before that, Lauren worked as a technology consultant at TTP Plc, leading their Omics business. At TTP, she worked at the intersection of science, engineering and healthcare, helping startups and large corporates bring game-changing technologies to market as life science tools or diagnostic products.
Prior to TTP, Lauren worked for DNA Electronics, a diagnostics company developing a point-of-care sequencer for rapidly analysing samples in sepsis detection.
Lauren holds a PhD in Epigenetics and Bioinformatics from the University of Exeter.
