Laura Roe
Operations Director
Laura is the operational backbone at Oxford Science Enterprises. She’s responsible for a wide range of initiatives, such as setting and implementing OSE’s technology strategy, driving international expansion for portfolio companies, and operationalising OSE’s five-year strategy.
She joined OSE in June 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience in healthcare, life sciences, and operational leadership. Before OSE, Laura worked on strategy and operations at a high-growth healthtech startup. She’s also worked as a strategy consultant at KPMG, advising clients in healthcare and life sciences on growth strategy, market entry, and organisational transformation.
Laura holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge, and a first-class BSc in Biology from the University of Southampton.
