Jon leads executive hiring for Oxford Science Enterprises’ Deep Tech portfolio, helping build high-performing leadership teams.
He also supports OSE’s broader talent strategy – advising on team structures, defining roles, and delivering market insights to inform long-term growth.
He joined in 2023 from bp Launchpad, where he built investment and leadership teams to scale cleantech ventures from Series A to exit. Earlier in his career, Jon was a Director at Futureheads Recruitment, working across sectors including fintech, healthtech and edtech.
He holds a BA in Modern History from the University of Sheffield.
