Clare leads executive hiring for Oxford Science Enterprises Life Sciences portfolio, helping build high-performing leadership teams.
She also supports OSE’s wider talent strategy – advising on team structures, defining roles, and delivering market insights to inform long-term growth.
Before joining in 2025, Clare was a Consultant at Russell Reynolds, where she specialised in executive and board-level recruitment for global healthcare organisations – from spinouts to listed companies. She also advised on board composition and succession planning.
Clare holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Durham and an MA in Modern Literature and Culture from the University of York.
