Charo Bajo
Data & Projects Manager
Charo manages projects and data systems at Oxford Science Enterprises. She joined in 2020 after coordinating Oxford University Innovation’s Start-up Incubator, where she supported early-stage ventures.
Her earlier career was in academic publishing, where she led international teams and improved business processes across the UK, Europe, the USA and Asia. She has also worked in Tanzania as a business development advisor to micro agribusinesses.
Charo holds an MA in Geography and History and a PGCE from the Complutense University of Madrid, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma green belt.
