Chief Financial Officer
Antonia leads all aspects of OSE’s financial strategy, playing a key role in the company’s long-term growth with investors and co-investors. She works closely with investment teams on fundraising, acquisitions, exits and portfolio development.
Antonia joined OSE in April 2026, and brings significant senior experience across corporate finance, private equity-backed businesses and university funding. She most recently served as the founding Chief Finance & Operating Officer of the Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA), the UK government’s research funding agency, where she designed and deployed more than £450m into breakthrough science and technology.
She has a track record of operating at board level across the UK innovation ecosystem, including in fusion energy and space. She has been a Non-Executive Director of four companies through to exit, and has led multiple refinancing rounds and an exit in her capacity as CFO.
In 2015, Antonia was awarded the Sunday Times Non-Executive Director Award.
Antonia is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (FCSI) and holds a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol.
