Alma joined OSE in September 2024, embarking on her first role in human resources. She supports the recruitment process, employee benefits, and HR data management.
Alma holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Bachelor of Science in International Accounting from the University of Northampton. She is currently pursuing her CIPD Level 3 qualification.
