Claire Brown
Partner, Life Sciences
Claire has more than 20 years of experience across the biopharmaceutical industry in the UK and US, including R&D strategy, licensing, business development and corporate investment. She leads company creation and portfolio strategy in Life Sciences, working closely with founders and academics to build high-potential ventures and support their long-term growth.
Claire’s previous roles span UCB, Sanofi-Genzyme and AstraZeneca. Prior to joining OSE in 2020, she was Head of Investment at Pioneer Group, focused on early-stage venture creation. She’s also supported many UK accelerators and served as an assessor for Innovate UK.
Claire holds a BSc in Physiology, a PhD in Physiology and an MBA in Entrepreneurship.
