Its smartphone-based app enables continuous remote monitoring of seven key digital biomarkers. It’s FDA-cleared for Parkinson’s tremor measurement and clinically validated to track motor, speech, and cognitive change entirely by phone.
The data is then analysed by proprietary algorithms and translated into real-time clinical insights, putting rich individual patient data in the hands of clinicians. It means doctors can monitor disease progression, streamline complex care pathways, and manage disease in innovative new ways.
But the app goes beyond data. It offers reassurance. Connection. And the sense that patients and their families are no longer navigating this journey alone.
Today, most neurological conditions are diagnosed and monitored through infrequent in-person appointments. That delay can mean missed warning signs, delayed interventions, and worsening outcomes.
Kneu Health bridges that gap, putting clinically rich insights into the hands of clinicians, and restoring control for patients.
The result? Better understanding, earlier interventions, and more personalised care.

OSE saw the potential in Kneu Health’s technology early, providing seed funding and venture building expertise. Kneu Health launched in 2023, and in January 2025 leading US health system Cedars-Sinai adopted and invested in the platform.
This funding helped accelerate Kneu Health’s entry into the US market – fast-tracking access for patients and clinicians alike.
The company is now revenue generating, partnering with seven NHS hospitals and two leading US health systems: Cedars-Sinai and Mass General Brigham.
Kneu Health is a flagship example of OSE’s mission: to turn Oxford science into world-changing companies with the potential to scale globally and deliver both health impact and financial return.
