Thelior Bio is developing therapies to mediate repair of the gut’s epithelial barrier, treating a core driver of inflammation rather than just managing symptoms. The company’s approach could in future be applied to treat other immune-driven conditions such as atopic dermatitis and rheumatoid arthritis.
