For millions living with chronic disease, care is based on snapshots taken at occasional clinic visits. Yet disease evolves every day, leaving patients to manage symptoms between appointments and clinicians to make decisions without a complete picture of what’s changed.

Mirae is building an AI-driven continuous care platform that captures what patients experience between visits and combines it with clinical data for a complete view of disease progression. The goal is to help clinicians detect changes earlier and make more informed treatment decisions.

Founded by CEO Anuj Patel, CTO James Finucane and Dr David Clifton, Mirae is built on research from Oxford’s Computational Health Informatics Lab.
