Imogen Kelly
People Director
Imogen is responsible for shaping and driving our people agenda to foster an innovative, inclusive, and high-performance culture within OSE and across its portfolio companies.
She joined in 2025, and brings 15 years of HR experience, including five years in leadership roles. She’s worked across publishing, media, telecoms, and B2B technology, most recently leading the People function at a climate tech startup.
Imogen holds a BSc in Applied Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology, and the CIPD Level 7 qualification in HR Management.
